The Boat

Lavinuella is a 28ft New Zealand built Westcoaster powered with a 200HP Volva Penta turbo diesel. She has proven herself to be a excellent all-rounder in the Tongan waters, be it trolling for billfish or surf-casting for GTs.

The boat is equipped with a fish finder, depth sounder and GPS. It has a live bait tank, transom door landing platform and fighting chair. We take up to 4 anglers. The cabin offers two berth and a toilet.

The boat is in survey with all off-shore safety requirements including Epirb, flares and VHF. Lavinuella also has a CD radio, USB port and i-Pod connection so you can bring your own music.

Shimano is our brand of choice and we have a broad selection of lures but feel free to bring your own lucky ones and any of your favourite gear.
